Bank Holiday Monday 26 August, 9.30am – 5pm

If you’re looking for a great day out in the countryside, The Countryside Show is the event for you.

Taking place at Beacon Hill Country Park on the beautiful outskirts of rural Charnwood this fantastic family event is now in it’s third year and better than ever.

We boast a unique line-up in the main arena that balances the very best of countryside life and a food marketplace where you can taste some of the freshly crafted local produce Leicestershire has to offer.

New in for 2019 will be the local blacksmiths who will be demonstrating their craft LIVE on site. We’ll also be joined by Paws for Thought who is returning for the second year to showcase their talented furry friends, as well as the beautiful Shire horses, birds of prey, woodcarving, dog displays and many more spectacular features fit for a bank holiday bonanza.

There’s also live music, a main arena, food marketplace, marquees, stalls, and plenty of free activities for children including tree climbing, wall climbing, bird-box making and facepainting.

More than 15,000 visitors have entered the gates since the Countryside Show launched in 2016 with over 130 traders, exhibitors, charities and community groups, making it one of the most popular events in Leicestershire.
